CalmCarry Return, Warranty & Cancellation Policy
We’re so glad you chose CalmCarry, and we’re here to support you every step of the way. We know that sometimes things don’t go as planned, and we want to make sure you have all the information you need when it comes to returns, cancellations, and warranty support.
Please take a moment to read through our policy below.
Returns – Within 100 Days
We gladly accept returns within 100 days of delivery if you’ve changed your mind or the product just wasn’t the right fit no hard feelings.
To help us process your return smoothly, we ask that:
The CalmCarry device is gently used or unused, clean, and not damaged
All parts are included:

The device
-
Charging cable
-
Instruction manual
-
Authenticity card
-
Original box and foam insert
-
Everything is sent back in the original packaging
Before sending your return, please double-check that all items are in the box exactly as they arrived. The device and its components must be clean, undamaged, and packed securely, ready for resale.
Once received, our team will inspect the return. If any parts are missing or if the product is returned in a condition that prevents it from being resold, we will not be able to approve the refund.
Where to Send Returns
We kindly ask that all returns be sent to our warehouse in Australia. This is where our trained team handles inspections and refunds to make sure everything is processed fairly and consistently.
Once your return is approved, we’ll send you the return address and step-by-step instructions.
Please note: We do not provide return shipping labels. Customers are responsible for covering the cost of return postage.
If Your Order Arrived Damaged or Got Lost
If something went wrong during shipping your order arrived damaged or didn’t arrive at all don’t worry. Just get in touch with us and we’ll send you a replacement, completely free.
We don’t offer refunds for items lost or damaged in transit, but we’re always happy to make it right with a replacement.
Warranty Support – We've Got You Covered
Every CalmCarry device includes a 1-year warranty. If something isn’t working quite right and it wasn’t caused by drops, water damage, or other outside issues, we’ll replace it for you up to two times during the warranty period.

This helps our team understand the problem and offer a solution as quickly as possible.
Please note: We don’t issue refunds for warranty claims but we’ll make sure you receive a working replacement.
Exchanges
We don’t offer direct product swaps, but you’re welcome to return your original item (if eligible) and place a new order for the one you want.
Order Cancellations
We completely understand that sometimes you change your mind after placing an order.
Because we start preparing your order right away, we’re often unable to cancel it once it's placed. However, if you reach out to us quickly before the item ships we’ll do our best to help.
If your order has already been dispatched, we’re no longer able to cancel it, but you can still request a return once it arrives.
A Few Things We Can’t Refund
To keep things fair and transparent, we don’t refund:

Shipping and handling charges

Subscription fees (if you signed up for one)

Items returned incomplete, damaged, or heavily used

Gifts unless returned by the original purchaser
Refunds can only be issued back to the original payment method used at checkout.
