When can I expect to receive my Glowco package?
We work closely with our shipping partners and carriers to ensure your order reaches you as quickly as possible. See below for the most up-to-date information:
Processing Time: 1-2 business days for order processing and handling
Estimated Delivery Time (after processing):
- United States: 3-5 business days
- Australia: 3-5 business days
- Canada: 3-5 business days
- United Kingdom: 3-5 business days
- All Other Countries: 3-5 business days (occasionally 1-2 days longer depending on local postal services)
Duties & Taxes: All duties and taxes are covered by us, so there are no additional charges upon delivery regardless of your location.
Faster Delivery: We use multiple warehouses strategically located around the world to ensure the quickest possible shipping to your location.
*During peak seasons like Black Friday and holidays, packages may experience slight delays due to high order volumes across all carriers.
Where does Glowco ship?
Glowco currently ships worldwide! Packages are shipped via FedEx, USPS, or DHL courier with standard shipping services, using our strategically located warehouses to ensure fast delivery to your location.
Shipping Restrictions:
In Spain, we are unable to ship to Balears Province (also known as the Balearic Islands), Las Palmas, and Santa Cruz de Tenerife.
Duties & Taxes Included:
All duties and taxes are covered in your order total for every country we ship to, so there are no additional charges upon delivery.
When will my order ship?
Here's how it works: you order, we process, then we ship.
Ordering takes just a few moments. Processing takes 1-2 business days, and orders placed after business hours are processed the next business day.
Then one of our trusted carriers takes it from there.
You'll receive a shipment notification email with a tracking number as soon as your package ships so you can follow its journey to you.
I'm having problems with the tracking.
We understand how frustrating tracking issues can be! Please note that carriers may take 2-3 business days to register your shipment status online after your package ships.
If your tracking number isn't updating or working after this time period, please reach out to us at shop@theglowcompany.co and we'll provide you with the most current information about your shipment.

Why is my order being returned to the sender?
There are several reasons an order might be returned to sender, but the most common cause is an undeliverable address, such as PO Boxes or incomplete address information.
Other instances include packages being unclaimed at the delivery location or refused by the recipient.
When this happens, please contact us at shop@theglowcompany.co and we'll be happy to help arrange a reshipment for you. We'll work with you to ensure your Glowco products reach you successfully.
Do I need to pay for Taxes and Duties?
No, you don't need to worry about additional taxes and duties. All customs duties and taxes are covered by Glowco and included in your order total, regardless of which country you're shipping to. There are no surprise charges or additional fees when your package arrives.
We handle all customs documentation and declarations to ensure smooth delivery to your door. This is part of our commitment to providing a hassle-free shopping experience for our customers worldwide.
Orders
My order was lost, damaged, or missing something!
We're sorry this happened and we're here to make it right. If your order hasn't arrived within the expected timeframe from when you received your tracking number, or if your package arrived damaged or with missing items, please contact us at shop@theglowcompany.co within 15 days of the expected delivery date.
When you reach out, please provide:
- Your order number
- Details of any missing items
- Photos of all items you received
- Photo of the packing slip and shipping label on the box
- Any other relevant information about the package condition
We'll work quickly to resolve the issue and send you a replacement at no additional cost. Our goal is to ensure you receive your complete Glowco order in perfect condition.

If you're having trouble with tracking or haven't received your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at shop@theglowcompany.co and we'll help you locate your order.
How can I update my order or cancel my order?
We process orders quickly to get your Glowco products to you as fast as possible. Order cancellations are only available within 1 hour of placing your order, before processing begins.
If you need to cancel or make changes to your order and it's within this 1-hour window, please email us immediately at shop@theglowcompany.co with your order number and requested changes. We'll do our best to accommodate your request before fulfillment begins.
Once an order has been fulfilled and shipped, we cannot cancel it. However, you can still return your items using our 100-day return policy once they arrive.
My coupon didn't work!
If your promo code won't apply or you're getting an error message, please check the following:
- Code entry - Make sure you've entered the code exactly as advertised. Try copying and pasting it without any extra characters or spaces.
- Expiration date - Check that the code hasn't expired. All promotional codes have expiration dates.
- Product restrictions - Some codes are only valid for specific products. Double-check that you're purchasing the right items for your code.
- Bundle restrictions - Codes typically cannot be applied to already discounted bundles or sale items.

Can I use multiple promo codes at checkout?
You can use one promo code per order. If you have multiple valid Glowco promo codes, please choose the one that offers you the best savings for your purchase.
